A very mild extra virgin Kalama Olive Oil is used as a base which has much more subtle flavours than more traditional Olive Oil.  We infuse the Kalamata Oil with chillies to provide a distinctive chilli nose, mild flavour and after bite.  We have tried to keep the chilli bite to a low to medium intensity and differs from other Chilli Oils as we use Extra Virgin Olive Oil as our base. Delicious drizzled on just about anything, but particularly chicken and pizzas!
