Our Chaloner Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of 9 Cultivars grown on the farm in Stellenbosch.  All our Oils are Cold Extracted within 24 hours of picking the fruit and then meticulously handled.  After about a month of settling in our Argon capped stainless steel storage tanks we blend the oil to create a balanced rounded medium flavour extra virgin olive oil which optimises both palette and nose.
