Raspberry Preserve with a hint of Vanilla: We use plump, tart raspberries and luscious hand-harvested Madagascan vanilla to produce this flavourful, high-fruit-content preserve.

Almond & Olive Tapenade:  A delectable spread made with green olives, toasted almonds, capers & our estate olive oil.

Condimento Bianco: This white version of balsamic vinegar is a beautiful blend of white Trebbiano grape must and fine Italian white wine that is aged in oak barrels. A refreshing balance of acidity and subtle sweetness.
