  • This white version of basamic vinegar is a beautiful blend of white trebianno grape must and fine Italian white wine that is aged in oak barrels. Classically used for white fish and crustaceans, especially as the meat isn't discoloured.   Ideal for vinaigrettes used on bitter greens and fresh salads.
    • Density: 1.25
    • Taste: Delicate and balanced, refreshing yet mature and surprisingly sweet.  
  • Imported IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. A wonderful everyday versatile vinegar.  Blend with olive oil for a simple, delicious dressing to drizzle over: salads, roast veg, grilled meat, pizza, pasta and fresh bread.
  • Imported IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that has been aged in oak, chestnut and cherry barrels. A mature vinegar that is thick and intensely flavourful.
    • Taste: Strong, full bodied, and well-balanced, with a high ratio of sweet cooked grape must to wine vinegar. 
    • Density:  1.34

    • Taste: Subtly sweet, classically astringent full-bodied flavour typical of traditional balsamic vinegar.
